For this week’s MTYA favorites, let’s get to it!

I can never pass up finds with rich and vibrant details! Especially, when the floral pattern of the dress is bold and bright. I chose to select the Violet Patterned Floral Dress for the MTYA collection, because of the vintage appeal of the layered collar, 3/4 arm length, flared bottom, and banded waist. The dress fabric and matching maroon buttons adds an extra layer of personality. I decided to simply style this dress with a faux fur collar, because I did not want to distract from the already vibrant personality of this dress. In recommending additional styling tips, consider pairing a blazer that compliments one of the bold colors represented throughout this dress (maroon or deep green). Additionally, consider pairing black booties and a statement handbag.

One of my favorite combinations is gold, navy blue, and money green! When I saw this dress on the rack, I knew I had to add the Gold, Navy, and Money Green Chained Dress to the MTYA collection. The detailed gold buttons, long sleeves, and overall length of the dress are additional details that attracted me to this dress. I immediately saw this as the perfect selection for taking from day to night, in addition to brunch with the girls. To create more of a statement around the collar of the dress, I simply added a gold chained necklace. By adding the gold chained necklace, I created a focal point for the dress. In recommending additional styling tips, consider pairing this dress with a neutral colored jacket such as camel or black. This dress can be worn throughout any season, so if you happen to wear during a rainy day, a light rain coat is another great pairing option!

I am a fan of bowties, so finding this dress was very exciting! The Royal Detailed Blue Silk Dress stands alone with its matching blue royal buttons (positioned in the front of the dress), full arm length, and a soft pattern represented throughout the dress. In styling this dress, the bowtie on the dress is again the focal point and I did not want to distract from this detail. In recommending additional styling tips, consider pairing a contrasting blazer or light jacket. For example, contrasting colors could include canary yellow, hot pink, or emerald green.

Yellow is another one of my favorite colors! I am always on the search for formal wear to add to the MTYA collection and when I found this Stunning Canary Yellow Dress , I loved the ruffle detail, one shoulder, and silk fabric. The dress immediately gives a glamorous appeal for any evening occasion. I decided to pair a contrasting handbag, because I wanted the handbag to serve as a contrasting attraction to the overall look. In recommending additional styling tips, consider pairing different colored handbags with this dress (emerald green, hot pink, or turquoise).
